ReCONNstruction Center is seeking volunteers for our ReCONN Repurposers team, focused on creative projects that transform salvaged materials into new and unique uses beyond their original purpose.
This role brings imagination into the store, helping turn unexpected items into functional, inspiring, or artistic pieces that showcase the potential of reuse.
What you’ll do:
Create repurposed items from salvaged materials
Design and build creative displays or project pieces
Explore upcycling ideas that highlight material potential
Assist with styling and showcasing finished pieces
We’re looking for:
Creative thinkers, photographers, content creators and problem-solvers
Interest in DIY, art, or hands-on projects
Ability to work independently or collaboratively
Enthusiasm for reuse and sustainability
