ReCONNstruction Center is looking for volunteers to join our ReCONN Rescue Crew, assisting with the pickup of donated building materials from local homes, businesses, and project sites.This is a hands-on, physical role. Volunteers travel with board members to pickup locations and assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials (cabinets, fixtures, doors, hardware, etc.) back to the store.At this time, ReCONN does not perform deconstruction—materials will be pre-identified and set aside.We’re looking for:Ability to perform physical labor (lifting/carrying/push-pull carts/dollies)Reliability and teamworkInterest in reuse and sustainabilityPerks:Sneak peeks at incoming materials15% gratitude discount on the day you volunteerDirect impact diverting usable goods from landfills into affordable reuseHelp turn waste into opportunity.
