Description
ReCONNstruction Center is seeking volunteers for our onsite volunteer team, supporting hands-on work inside the store.
This role focuses on organizing, building, and improving how materials are stored and displayed, helping transform incoming donations into a clean, accessible retail space.
What you’ll do:
Sort and organize materials (hardware, lighting, plumbing, etc.)
Build or adjust storage systems (shelving, vertical storage)
Help create displays that maximize space and visibility
Assist with breaking down items and preparing materials for resale
Lifting, arranging or performing intake of materials support
We’re looking for:
Comfort with light to moderate physical work
Basic tool use is helpful but not required
Team-oriented and adaptable
Interest in reuse, DIY, or hands-on projects
