Volunteer Responsibilities (may include): Assisting with after-school or summer program activities Providing academic support, tutoring, or homework help Supporting enrichment activities such as arts, recreation, or life skills workshops Helping with special events, family nights, or community outreach Serving as a positive role model and mentor to middle school and high school students Supporting staff with program setup, supervision, and cleanup Qualifications: Interest in working with middle school and high school students Reliable, patient, and positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team Prior experience with youth is helpful but not required Must complete a background check Contact Heather at hmills@pathwaysnb.org

Pathways/Senderos is seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors. Our board plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission to support and empower youth and families in New Britain through education, mentoring, and out-of-school-time programming. We are especially interested in individuals with experience in: finance or accounting, fundraising and development, marketing, communications, or public relations, education, youth development, or social services, and legal or nonprofit governance. Board members serve as ambassadors for Pathways/Senderos, provide strategic leadership, and help ensure the long-term sustainability of our programs that serve middle school and high school youth.
