Support staff working in demanding human service roles by providing tools to managecompassion fatigue and build emotional resilience.Activities:- Facilitate discussions or workshops on compassion fatigue- Teach mindfulness or resilience techniques- Provide strategies for maintaining emotional well-beingIdeal Volunteer:Mental health professional, resilience trainer, or wellness educator.

Lead occasional Zumba fitness sessions for HRA staff to encourage movement, stress relief, andwellness among human service professionals. Activities:- Lead a Zumba class for staff - Provide warm-up and cool-down guidance - Encourage participation for all fitness levelsIdeal Volunteer:Certified Zumba instructor or experienced fitness instructor interested in supportingcommunity service workers.
